Fix:
You have downloaded a version of SnakeID Pro which did not include the file expsrv.dll. You may need to hold the shift key when clicking this link in order to save it. Get this file and copy it into your windows/system directory (you may need to restart your computer afterwards). |

Bug: "Runtime error #5 - no current record" appears when entering the history call log. |
Fix:
This is a minor bug in the software. To get rid of this error, simply use the test feature and add a phone call to the history log. Once there is one record in that log, there should be no errors. |

November 27th, 1998 Bug: "Runtime error #13 - Type mismatch" appears when a call comes in. |
Fix:
You didn't do the setup. Click Setup then System Settings. Fill in all fields. Without these settings, the program doesn't know how to handle information. |
